   2. User Content: By submitting content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content in connection with the App.

   3. Prohibited Content: You must not upload or share any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing upon third-party rights.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties The App and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its content. You use the App at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or its services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Modification and Termination We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or its services at any time, without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
